NIVEA mattifying toner review

Hello everyone

This is a review of the Nivea mattifying toner

PROS:

• Light in weight easily the skin absorbs it

• budget friendly

CONS: 

• does not do the job of mattifying which it claim in the product name

This is not as good toner as I thought it would be.This is not a great product in my opinion
